ComplyTag System
The ComplyTag system enables you to easily monitor all work aspects on your properties or sites through QR tags.
These tags cover various areas such as fire safety audit, gas compliance, lift maintenance, water safety, asbestos surveys, and mobile assets.
You can tailor the system to your specific requirements, ensuring thorough monitoring and management.

ComplyTag App
You can download the app for free on Android or Apple devices, including phones and tablets. It's compatible with almost any mobile device that has a camera.
The forms automatically adjust to fit your screen size, making it easy to use even on small screens.
Record the Work
The worker scans the QR code on the tag with their phone, and GPS verifies their location.
They log the work done on the system and can take photos if needed.
After finishing the job, scanning the tag again records the time, providing a full record of who did what, when, and where.
The system offers extensive flexibility in recording data, utilising interactive PDF forms with features like edit fields, drop-down lists, radio buttons, and selection lists. Users can take unlimited photos within the app.
Even without an internet connection, data is stored on the phone until a signal or Wi-Fi is available.
The system automatically extracts data from the form, eliminating the need for scanning and saving time. Compliance errors are detected in real-time and notified immediately.
Forms can be easily amended at any time to accommodate changes in legislation and your specific requirements.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the core of the system, displaying a clear visual representation of asset compliance.
It's customizable for each type of asset, allowing you to set specific check intervals. For instance, you might schedule fire door checks every three months, water safety checks weekly, and asbestos checks every two years. The charts indicate compliant assets in green, those nearing their check period in orange, and those outside compliance in red.
When you access the dashboard, you gain a comprehensive overview of asset compliance across your entire estate. You can delve into the underlying data, either displaying it on the screen or exporting it to an Excel sheet for further analysis. From the dashboard, you can also click on specific tasks to view all related details.
Moreover, you have the flexibility to customise the granularity of the screen reports and select the asset types you're managing. For instance, if you oversee fire doors, you won't be shown irrelevant information like water safety. Furthermore, you can choose the geographical areas you're responsible for, tailoring the dashboard to your specific needs.
Reporting
You have a wide array of reports available in Microsoft Excel format and on-screen, allowing you to customise the system to your needs.
You can apply multiple compliance checks according to your specifications, ensuring asset compliance. The report format is customisable, displaying only the data you wish to see.
With all property information centralised, there's no need to search through multiple databases and paper records.
Check Scans
If there are multiple assets of the same type in a property, like fire doors, water assets, or fire extinguishers, the operator can easily check their status by clicking "Check Scans" in the app. The app then displays the dates when each asset was last checked.
If any asset hasn't been checked within the last day, it appears in red. This immediate visibility ensures that missed assets, are promptly identified so the operator can inspect them before leaving the property, ensuring all assets are properly checked.
Mobile Asset Tracking
Asset tracking is seamlessly integrated into ComplyTag. Clients have reported that it could take as long to find an asset as it does to complete the work itself.
